ARNOLD'S LIFELONG DREAM IN HAITI

My name is Anold Herard. I am married with one son and live in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I am a hard working man.
For the past 31 years, I have worked as the chauffeur and service staff for a retired haitian bank official. My employer has been good to me and the earnings from my job have helped me start to build the house you see me pictured in. It has taken me 31 years of hard work including loans and gifts from various good-hearted individuals to get the house to be almost finished.
I am now 58 years old and would like to finally stop paying rent and move into this house which has taken me a lifetime to build. In order to move in, I need to finish the floor as well as the doors and windows. If I am able to move in by Christmas then my lifelong dream of becoming a homeowner would become reality. Home ownership is not an easily achievable goal for the average haitian.
I would be so grateful for any amount that you are able to spare to help me as I am working hard in the poorest country in the world to finish my dream and surprise my wife by moving in our new house by Christmas.
