This Fund will benefit my Legal Fees. All donations given will go directly into fighting what is to be expected an expensive court case with hiring Lawyers, Barristers and Expert Witnesses.
My court date is June 8th 2018.

About Me
My name is Brad Towner, I'm 32 years old and was born with Cystic Fibrosis. I was born country NSW and grew up all over the place to finally reside in the Penrith area of Sydney.
As far as i can remember I have always been a passionate follower of the Fandom subculture particularly sci-fi, comics and gaming. I built a business around my passion called Armoured Heaven
Currently I am in a fight to save my business and reputation and I NEED YOUR HELP.
My Business
I started Armoured Heaven in August 2010, since then I've built my brand from the ground up selling toy guns on my website . Armoured Heaven is basically my "business baby" and I see it as part of myself and my life and entire reputation lies in the development of its heart and soul.
But on March 27th 2017, my world turned upside down and my life nose dived into hell. On this day police officers attached to Penrith LAC executed a search warrant on my business and seized all my toy product stock deeming them to be firearms.
Police Tactics
Because of Australia's firearm laws, I am subject to regular police checks and I need to get police approval in order to conduct my business. I have duly complied with all my legal obligations and passed all police random checks with the most recent one conducted During September 2016 by the Parramatta Firearms and Major Crimes division. I was given the green light and my business was declared to be above board and compliant with all Federal and State laws.
Shortly after this inspection, and to my surprise the police allege that my toys are illegal firearms and I have been essentially a black market firearm dealer. Below are some of the actual toy guns I have been selling and the police allege are illegal and I am being charged, you be the judge.
11 torturous months passed after police executed the search warrant and me agonizing over my fate, I was finally issued a Court Attendance Notice (C.A.N). Up until this point, the police were evasive and tight lipped about the whole affair and they were not even forthright with my lawyer.
In the C.A.N, a ballistics officer on the 3rd October wrote out what looked to be a very rushed report and incorrectly classified my toys as firearms and my gel balls which are used in the toys to be ammunition. Below is a picture of these gel balls which the police say is ammunition.
I mean honestly this is happening here in Australia where the police are destroying a legitimate toy business and in the process victimizing and charging its owner with offences that have been used in the past with drug dealers, bikies, gang members and would be terrorists.
The Firearm Charges
The charges are:
(1) Possession of 3 or more unregistered firearms including pistol or prohibited firearm.
(2) Possess unauthorised firearm.
(3) Possess Ammunition without holding licence/authority.
(4) Possess or use a prohibited weapon without being licenced.
(5) Carry on activities of a firearm dealer without being licenced.
These charges are very serious and are classified as a 'Serious Indictment", meaning I can go to prison for 5 years to life under our laws.
My legal team believe that this is a test case set out by the DPP to see if they can infact ban anything toy gun related.

Come on does any rational minded human being think the picture above of the gel balls is dangerous ammunition that is be used as a bullet?
My health
As a sufferer of Cystic Fibrosis, all this has taken a toll on my health, last May I was hospitalized after taking a hit to my lung function which had drastically dropped down. I blew just under a 2 litre capacity in 1 second when my usual is approximately 3.98 litres.
The fight ahead
As you would expect this has ruined my business, compromised my health, broken down my marriage with no chance of getting back together. This is going to be a very expensive fight in court and I won't take it lying down.
I want to win back my liberty and rebuild my business back again with what is left of my short life span. I do plan to live by my promise of releasing all the information that proves my case but only when my legal team advises to do so.
