Armando Paz's Family COVID-Relief Fund
Donation protected
Happy Holidays, everyone!
With the holiday season and the pandemic state worldwide, I thought this would a good way to give back. I understand everyone has their own struggles in some kind of way or form during this time, so I urge you to only help whatever you think you can. Your kindness, generosity, and prayers will be greatly appreciated.
Armando Paz has been intubated in the ICU at Kaiser Permanente Downey for a month now because of COVID-19. Before COVID, he was a healthy, non-smoker non-alcoholic drinker, a 38-year-old father of three children (15, 8, 3), and was the main provider of the family. For 11 years, he worked at an autobody repair shop and was exposed daily to toxic fumes, which is presumably why his lungs are struggling to fight this virus.
Armando is the husband of my former assistant from 12 years ago. Yancy Rosales, who was with me during the formative 8 years of my practice and has helped me tremendously.
Our goal is to keep his family from homelessness for at least 3 months, in time for the holidays. The money will cover Armando's family's rent and utilities which cost around $2500 a month as he fights for his life in the hospital.
Your donations would mean a great deal to his wife and children, especially this holiday season. Thank you so much.
