On January 7th, 2020, Arlena Willes was unlawfully taken into custody and is being held at the Arizona Maricopa County Jail without Bond by the demand of Rule 11 Commissioner Wendy Morton.
This unjust incarceration is the result of Arlena's vocal and powerful advocacy for her beloved 15-year-old son to be reunited with her. On September 6, 2018, he was medically kidnaped by AZ CPS/DCS while at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Arlena wanted a second opinion and due to a doctor's narcissist offense, he had the hospital's DCS social worker make a retaliatory phone call to AZ DCS to hold her son hostage and banish Arlena from the premises of the hospital by 2 armed police officers, telling her if she comes back she would be arrested for trespassing!
Since that time Arlena has been exposing and bringing enlightenment to the public, the diabolical practices of the most egregious Child Trafficking Ring, and those that cover for them like Judges, the Attorney General's Office, PCH, law-enforcement Etc.
On July 12, 2019, Arlena was brutally arrested without a warrant nor was she read her Miranda rights on a bogus 2 counts of Felony 2 "Intent to Abuse" charges putting her in prison for 12 years each if she was found guilty! This is the level of an Intent to Murder charge!
After, many prayers, thanks be to God a bondsman waivered the $25,000 collateral saying he smelled corruption and this little mama doesn't need to be in the worst jail in the nation a moment longer! She was bonded out on July 14, 2019!
Arlena went to work day & night showing her innocence of these diabolical charges with many documents that prove if anyone abused her son it was AZ DCS & PCH!
Arlena knows her Constitutional Rights like no other! Right away she fired her court-appointed public defender with a filed affidavit and then again verbally before her first criminal court hearing on the record. She was granted to be her own council, thereafter all Court Orders, hearings, and appearances were sent directly to her. Then on Nov. 19, 2019, before Judge Fish, Public Defender Laura Anderson shows up and in the hallway out of hatred and retaliation for firing her and Arlena telling her that her name is before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Ms. Anderson retorted, "Because of what you did in the 9th Circuit I am motioning for a Rule 11!
Judge Fish ordered a Rule 11 Court Hearing before Commissioner Windy Morton to get a Rule 11 Court Order. This hearing NEVER took place and PD Anderson had her paralegal make appointments for the Psych Evals sent the letters to Arlena without sending any court order for the hearing or psych evaluations! Therefore, Arlean did not go to these appointments. Now due to Judge Fish NOT Ordering a Date to go before Commissioner Morton to get an Order for a Rule 11 psych eval and Public Defender Anderson's sinister behavior, Arlena is in jail without Bond!
Arlena is standing her legal ground to not take a state-appointed psych evaluation for she has every reason to fear that they will lie and deem her unfit to stand trial and this would work against her with DCS juvenile Court Case who wants to sever her parental-rights!
Arlena petitioned the court that she would find her own personal Psychologist but found out that no psychologist can give psych evals unless their State-Appointed! What a Rigged System!
They don't want her before a jury for she has devastating evidence against this cabal that would bring major accountability and consequences!

As of January 30th, 2020 Arlena has lost 13 lbs due to the inedible food that is like slimy slop a dog threw up, soy oil peanut butter with moldy bread, served in the AZ Maricopa Jails. The water is from a faucet that flows into the toilets. She is living on oranges and a small package of cookies once a day. Donations will help her buy & order food & bottled water from the commissary that will sustain her health. She is hungry most of the day.
