Help Butch get a kidney

Late last year Butch and Cheri were given the news that despite attempts to slow down progression Butch’s Renal failure has reached stage 5. With one kidney completely gone and the other barely functioning at 13% they are left with two options dialysis to get him by for a few years or a new kidney.
Unfortunately the dialysis is just barely enough to keep Butch alive. After months of tests and months of waiting Butch and Cheri received the news that they have officially been placed on the Donor swap transplant list.
Once the program had found a match they will require $10,000 for the deductible up front to continue with the transplant. If the money isn’t received Butch will be passed up for the transplant and have to wait until another kidney becomes available.

WHAT IS THE DONOR SWAP PROGRAM?
Butch and Cheri are not a match but because Cheri is willing to donate a kidney they have been placed in a swap program. The swap program matches Butch and Cheri with another couple who are currently in the same situation as them. Meaning that their recipient and donor are also not a match to one another. The program then swaps the recipients and donors with one another. So Butch would receive a kidney from the other donor and the other recipient would receive Cheri’s kidney.
A LITTLE ABOUT BUTCH AND CHERI:
Butch and Cheri have always been that power couple. The one you see and think WOW how do they do it? Between raising 4 children, adopting 3 more and fostering more children than I can count in a time where they needed love the most, working full time jobs (both days and nights) their plate was pretty full. Yet somehow they still found the strength to help others. Their compassion didn’t just stop at family and friends. It far exceeded everyone’s expectations and soon they found themselves being called toward mission work doing what they could to help those who were going without even the basic luxuries in life we take for granted. But life hasn’t come without its own challenges for Butch and Cheri. Unfortunately their biggest challenge yet has come to pass.
