Aria's Study Abroad to Bali

Hello! My name is Aria & I'm a senior Environmental Studies major, Anthropology and Public Health double minor at Goucher College, in Baltimore, MD. In 2006, Goucher was the first college in the United States to make study abroad a requirement for its students, which was one of the things that drew me to Goucher. Unfortunately, the plans I had made to study abroad during this Fall 2017 semester didn't work out due to class conflicts which would have made it difficult for me to graduate on time, so I had to make alternate plans to study abroad on a shorter program for 3 weeks in Bali during January term 2018. The program (also called an Intensive Course Abroad, or ICA) I'm going to be attending is led by Goucher faculty on the topic of Arts, Music, and Culture in Bali.

The total program cost right now, which includes tuition for the program, flight, and some meals while there, is $4350. While there are many scholarships for semester-long programs --one of which I received for the semester-long program but was unable to keep for the shorter program-- there are very few opportunities for scholarships or funding for shorter (less than 4 weeks) programs, which is why I'm asking for your help! Any amount is helpful, and I truly appreciate your help in paying for this program and helping me finish my education. Thanks for visiting my page!
