<div>Elijah Carder was seriously injured by radiofrequency (RF) radiation emissions when two powerful wireless antennas were installed on the wall outside his apartment bedroom, 6 feet from where he slept. Despite the support of doctors at UCLA Neurology and Huntington Hospital, Elijah now suffers from ongoing chronic, debilitating headaches, as well as tinnitus, dizziness, and persistent fatigue. Specialists have told Elijah his condition may be lifelong.

<div>Elijah Carder sustained serious, life changing injuries when 2 T-Mobile wireless antennas were recklessly installed on his apartment next to where he slept and worked from home. He is now fighting for his life.

<div>In May of 2021, Elijah woke with a hot, tingling and throbbing pain from the top of his head down the right side of his face and extending down his neck, shoulder and arm. He ended up in the Emergency Room of Huntington Hospital, thus beginning a long journey with doctors and specialists including from UCLA Neurology. Despite brain seizure and painkiller protocols including nerve blocking treatments for his headaches, Elijah suffers from ongoing chronic, debilitating headaches, as well as tinnitus, dizziness, and persistent fatigue.

<div>"This has been the most painful experience of my life, pure unadulterated pain, beyond anything I ever imagined possible, like someone took graters to my brain, moving all around my brain," states Elijah, even while he was on the prescriptions. He thought: "This is no way to live. I understand why people commit suicide."

<div>Medical experts have told Elijah that his injuries and pain are probably lifelong. This type of injury has been well documented by our own government. (1)

<div>What happened? Elijah was injured by radiofrequency (RF) radiation emissions when two powerful wireless antennas were installed on the wall outside his apartment bedroom, 6 feet from his head when he slept at night, and 10 when he teleworked. Elijah was basically living in the billows of these antennas. These antennas are popping up all over the country in neighborhoods, in front of homes and schools, alarming many residents.

<div>Two and a half years ago, Elijah was a healthy, vibrant person, working at a job he loved and volunteering in his community. He is now disabled, possibly permanently. Yet, as he learned about the dangers of cellular antennas and how government agencies are failing to protect us, Elijah became determined to have his suffering serve a larger purpose: to educate others and to hold the cellular industry and government agencies accountable for public health and safety.

<div>Elijah filed a lawsuit against T-Mobile and his former landlord in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, earlier this year. The merits of Elijah’s case offer breakthrough possibilities to grassroots community efforts to improve outdated and unsafe FCC RF radiation Health &amp; Safety Standards and regulate wireless antennas, which are being installed on residences, schools, workplaces, churches, street poles, and outside our homes where we live, work, learn, and play.
