Hi. My name is Dave and I am raising funds for Archie Fabiaña of Cebu in the Philippines. He incurred a stroke and heart attack last Thursday. He is in intensive care currently, to be transferred to ongoing care shortly. As he is not employed, but a caregiver to his elderly mother, herself a stroke survivor, the hospital bills are climbing beyond his means. There is minimal state healthcare support in the Philippines. Any help for Archie would be appreciated.
