Archer’s House Fire
Donation protected
Hi everyone! As many of you are aware, Lisa, Greg and Jordan Archer suffered devastating losses on December 27th. A house fire not only destroyed a large portion of their home, but also claimed the lives of their dogs (their family) Brutus and Dexter. They’ve been living out of a hotel ever since.
Lisa is my very best friend, and she, Greg and her family have been MY family for, well, a LOT of years, more than I can count. They have always been there for me and so many others when they needed ANYTHING. So I wanted to provide this opportunity for people to help.
While they’re still trying to wrap their heads around the loss of both of their pups, they’re also now securing a rental property to get them through the next 6 months at minimum (but let’s be realistic…more than likely 12 months) until they can get back into their home. Once they’re in the rental, their two cats, who firefighters were able to save, will be able to come home with them and they’ll try and recreate some sense of normalcy. While they are able to secure some basic furniture rentals, they are still without everyday household items/appliances, as it was all lost in the fire or due to smoke damage. So they are starting from the ground up as it will take time for their insurance to help in that regard.
Many have reached out, asking how they can help, can they donate anything, etc. So I wanted to create this platform to allow people to help financially if they wish, or with an extra household item, or with continued love and prayers. All is appreciated more than you know. They are doing their very best to stay positive and work though this on their own but I know they can use our help! Thank you for reading and your consideration. These people are my heart! Please feel free to share!!
