<div><strong>I am Motaz… and this is the dream I lost:</strong>

<div>I graduated as an architect in 2015, ranking first in my class. I started my career as a university teaching assistant for two years before becoming a lecturer at the University College of Applied Sciences in 2017. But when the war came in 2023, <strong>I lost my job as the college was completely destroyed.</strong>

<div>Alongside teaching, I worked in several architectural firms until I decided to start my own business in 2018. I established my own architecture office and the <strong>“Aaj Furniture &amp; Interior Design”</strong> workshop, where I delivered high-quality designs. Through hard work, the business flourished and gained a strong reputation. But in a single moment, <strong>the war destroyed my office, my workshop, and the years of effort I had poured into building them.</strong>

<div>In 2022, I invested all my savings to build my home, dreaming of a stable life with my wife and daughter. <strong>But just a year later,</strong> my home was reduced to rubble, and our lives turned into an endless cycle of displacement, without shelter, security, or income.

<div>During the war, I tried to start over. I ran a small food stall, but with skyrocketing prices, I couldn’t keep up. <strong>I lost everything again,</strong> and the burden of survival only grew heavier.
