Support Arcadio Hernandez

One of the members of the 101 Concepts Restaurant Group family, Arcadio Hernandez, had a stage 4 hemorrhagic stroke while at his home on March 17. He has worked with the restaurant group and their partners for the last 22 years and has become the backbone of the kitchens he works in. After multiple surgeries and days in an induced coma, Arcadio showed signs of improvement. 

Arcadio is a single father to his 11 year old son, Kevin, and the doctors have let us know that the road to recovery is going to be long and expensive. Please help us as we raise the necessary funds to get Arcadio back on his feet.
