Arc Light Efx is a veteran and woman-owned specialty entertainment lighting company that has been in operation in Los Angeles, CA since 2002. We provide lighting equipment for motion picture and television, as well as live events.
We have provided lighting for the Super Bowl Halftime Show, NBA All-Star game, The Doctors, and countless performances at the Staples Center, Dolby Theater, The Forum, and other venues throughout the West Coast.
Since March, 2020, the entertainment industry has been effectively shut down. All of the large entities in our industry have laid off, or furloughed their employees, or shut down entirely. We are a small family operation and have struggled to remain open these past few months, although it is now clear we must close our doors for good.
Our remaining financial obligations have forced us to sell our remaining assets at a liquidation auction in August. However, there is very little likelihood anyone will have the capital to purchase our assets.
We are, therefore, asking you to help us pay down our remaining debts ahead of our final closure on August 31.
