Many of you are aware that I have a horse named Ben, who was rescued from a meat auction and whom I have been lucky enough to ride and work with for the past 4 years. He was recently admitted to Dr. Patons Veterinary clinic in Abbotsford to have surgery to stitch up a wound on his knee. Many of you know how expensive this sport is and paying for his surgery is becoming a challenge as I am a student and work part time to pay for him month to month. Therefore, I have started a ‘Go Fund Me’ page in hopes that those of you who know Ben and I and perhaps those of you who don’t might consider donating a small sum of money to assist me in paying for his recent surgery.
