We Agree on Three (WAO3) is a group of concerned neighbors living in Cherry Creek East, Denver. We support the current Denver zoning of 3 stories east of Madison St. at Bayaud, but we oppose any rezoning to greater than 3 stories. More generally, we oppose the over-development of Cherry Creek East.
WAO3 is a volunteer organization, and its members receive no compensation for their time. All donations go to fighting over-development through community outreach, participation in local government and associations, media campaigns, and engaging land use experts.
