Help the AquaRockets Race in Long Beach, CA!

The Zamboanga AquaRockets are the Youth Paddling Team of the Zamboanga Paddling Club! We host student-athletes ages 14-18 from the Portland-Metro Area and give them the opportunity to train and compete in Dragon Boat and Outrigger Canoe Paddling.
This season, we are looking to take our talents south as we race in Long Beach, CA for the first time in Team History! We are coordinating airfare, lodging and local transportation for 21 youth members and 4 chaperones. Any help to alleviate the cost to our traveling team members would be welcomed and appreciated!
Our paddlers come from a variety of backgrounds, but always come together to make the most of any racing opportunity. This season however we are looking for help to offset our travel and lodging costs to alleviate some of the burden to the paddlers and their families. We are making a huge effort in fundraising locally, but we thought we would see if we could get help from all over!
