Junior Team Tennis Volunteer Expenses

Junior Team Tennis Expenses: 

Each year our coaches volunteer their time to captain and run Junior Team Tennis in Northwest Arkansas. We do this because we see how much the players grow and develop over the season. This year was our biggest year with 15 teams and 109 players. We are excited about the growth and are very lucky to have so many involved. 



We incurred some expenses through out the season due to this growth and have others quickly approaching for the state championship. We are reaching out to you for help with those involved with Junior Team Tennis. Helping us reach our $1,800 goal will allow: 

1. At least three coaches to travel to Little Rock for the Junior Team Tennis State Championship so they can coach, support and watch each team for all three days of the tournament. This will cover lodging, gas and food. 



2. Us to cover the cost of the team jerseys we could not find sponsors for. Each player gets a customized shirt with their name on the back. Three of our teams did not receive sponsors and the expenses need to be covered.  



3. The coaches to pay for their team party entry for each team on Saturday night. Teams spread out and do different events through out Little Rock (movies, go karts, etc.). 

4. Your donation will help cover the cost to rent a razor and let one team that brings home a state championship shave Coach Chris' head! He hasn't cut it since January just for this tournament. 



Last year 60+ players and six teams attended the state championship. Four of those teams took home state championships (12U Beginner, 8U Gold, 8U Silver Group I and 8U Silver Group III). We look forward to having another successful championship weekend.
