Izzys 4th of July

So every year we celebrate the out Nations independence with a nasty workout and gathering of friends and family. Well one of our own is in need of some celebrating and help at this exact same time. So. We are gonna throw a twist in this years festivities. Not only are we gonna celebrate the USA and all it's greatness, we are also gonna celebrate an awesome little girl who is in Children's Hospital right now battle complications of Cystic Fibrosis. As you all know one of our coach Paul has a little girl by the name of Izzy who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis. Well the last few months have been pretty rough on her and their family has had to spend most of their time at children's hospital. We all love them very much and I know I speak for all of us when I say we would love nothing more than to pull together and help in anyway we can. So all that being said we are still gonna smash a hero wod on the 4th and we are still gonna rock the hell out of some Red, White and Blue, and we are still gonna remember those who have fought and will fight for our country to give is all our freedoms, and we are also gonna help and celebrate one of our own right here in our own CrossFit family! We will be taking donations for the Mathias family from now until the 4th to help with any expenses they have. Paul has had to miss tons of work due to being a strong father for his little girl.
