I had a heart attack back in April, had 2 stents put in, but they are clogging now, all the medication they put me on made me lose my appetite, I've lost 11 pounds in a month which is affecting my diabetes, have alot of severe low blood sugars. I have a 13 year old daughter who also has type 1 diabetes, I don't want to lose my home, but I am unable to work right now, and disability put my case on hold until the end of July. Please help 2 sick people stay in the home they love! Anything you can give will help. Thank you so very much!!!!
