April's Medical & Living Expenses

April recently suffered a spinal cord injury which lead to emergency back surgery. Her left leg is currently around 40% numb and she needs assistance walking. She will be living at a Medical Rehabilitation Center temporarily, and will need Physical Therapy after returning home.
April was also just diagnosed (the day prior to her surgery) with Diverticulitis, and we are waiting on feedback from her Doctors to know the severity and procedure.
April currently receives Disability (due to 2 previous back sugeries) and is a delivery driver for Grub Hub and Door Dash to suppliment her income.
April is currently unable to work, and it is unknown when she will be able to return to work.
April will require assistance supplimenting her lost income while she is unable to work, aswell as pay medical bills.
April is a kind woman, with a big heart. She loves being a part of her community, and always offers a helping hand to the people around her... friends, family, neighbors, and the homeless. She is Christian, and attends online services regularly.
