<div>My journey in Australia began in 2022 on a student visa with dreams and hopes for a brighter future with my husband. Life was running smoothly with our three-month-old baby. However, our lives took an unexpected turn when I started experiencing severe chest pain. Initially, we denied it thinking it was typical chest pain, but it progressively worsened. I was admitted to the hospital, where a series of tests were conducted because my condition was hard to detect. When a series of tests was done it came out that I have a very rare condition of cancer which is most probably the first case in Australia. It is called <strong>adenoid cystic carcinoma of the trachea</strong>. Our world came crashing down, and we were devastated by the news.

<div>We gathered our strength and started the treatment. The cost of medical care in Australia is notably high, and we're already into the treatment journey. Since we're on a temporary visa, many aspects of the treatment expenses aren't covered by insurance.

<div>We are unable to afford the treatment. Consequently, we find ourselves in a very difficult financial situation, desperately needing support to ensure I can continue the treatment.
