<div>El pasado 15 de julio, mi papá fue víctima de un accidente de tránsito al ser atropellado por una motocicleta. El impacto le provocó una fractura expuesta en la pierna, lo que requirió una cirugía de emergencia para colocar un fijador externo, además de múltiples atenciones médicas.

<div>Tras un mes de recuperación, su estado empeoró: la herida comenzó a presentar sangrados espontáneos, afectando seriamente sus valores de hemoglobina. Posteriormente se infectó y hoy enfrenta una complicación grave: un orificio que deja el hueso expuesto. Esto lo pone en un alto riesgo y los médicos han indicado la necesidad de tratamientos especializados, antibióticos, posibles nuevas cirugías e injertos de piel, además de un proceso de rehabilitación prolongado.

<div>Actualmente mi padre permanece internado de manera indefinida hasta que los cultivos confirmen que la infección ha desaparecido y pueda continuar con el procedimiento quirúrgico que necesita.

<div>Mi familia y yo hemos hecho todo lo posible para cubrir los gastos, pero los costos médicos, hospitalarios y de recuperación son muy altos y ya superan nuestras posibilidades.
