<div>Hoy enfrenta una dura batalla: ha sido diagnosticado con cáncer y actualmente recibe tratamiento en la Ciudad de México, donde vive con una tía para poder asistir a sus sesiones médicas. Tiene náuseas constantes, ha perdido el apetito y los gastos médicos y personales se han acumulado.

<div>Eliud no pidió esta ayuda, pero varios excompañeros decidimos unirnos para brindarle un poco de alivio en esta etapa tan difícil. Como muchos saben, el tratamiento oncológico no solo es física y emocionalmente extenuante, también implica gastos constantes y abrumadores.

<div>	•	Además están los medicamentos complementarios, transporte, alimentación especial y artículos de cuidado diario que no están cubiertos por el sistema de salud.

<div>La cantidad que aparece en esta campaña es una meta estimada, no definitiva. Sabemos que tal vez no se logre cubrir todo el tratamiento, pero nuestro objetivo es poder darle un respiro y facilitarle un poco el proceso: ayudarle a tener acceso a lo básico, reducir su carga emocional y recordarle que no está solo.
