Hola a todos, Soy Adriana Córdova y he tomado la iniciativa de hacer esta campaña para ayudar a una de mis mejores amigas de la Universidad (Universidad Central de Venezuela): Vivian María Túñez Loewenthal, ella tiene tan solo 42 años y ha sido diagnosticada con un Linfoma no Hodking. Vivian tiene 2 años y 5 meses viviendo en Bogotá, y emigró hacia allá por la situación que ocurre actualmente en Venezuela. Hace 1 año y 4 meses comenzó con síntomas inespecíficos que no pudieron ser diagnosticados de forma correcta desde el comienzo, como astenia, adenomegalia, fiebre y fue tratada con antibióticos sin recibir respuesta. Hace 6 meses hicieron biopsia de ganglios y esta arrojó el diagnóstico de neoplasia hematolinfoide de célula grande, un tipo de Linfoma no Hodgkin agresivo. Afortunadamente se encuentra recluida en la Clínica Colombia en la ciudad de Bogotá recibiendo atención médica. Se realizaron 6 ciclos de quimioterapia y recientemente (enero 2020) un tratamiento profiláctico. Después de una notable mejoría la condición actual de Vivian ha empeorado.
Solicitamos ayuda en este caso a ustedes amigos y familiares ya que a través de esta vía podemos contribuir a recaudar dinero para ayudarla en esta dura situación y así cubrir los gastos de estadía de su hermano y su mamá para que puedan apoyarla en Bogotá durante su tratamiento, el cual se podría prolongar por un espacio de varios meses, así como los gastos médicos que se generen durante el tratamiento de esta enfermedad.
Esta situación se agrava porque la madre posee una condición de discapacidad que le impide hacerse cargo por si sola de los cuidados de Vivian María, ya que posee movilidad reducida y dolor neuropático de larga data y es por eso que requerimos que además de ella, también Carlos Tuñez (su hermano) permanezca en Bogotá para apoyar en el cuidado de ambas.
No hemos considerado la opción de su regreso a Venezuela por las condiciones de Salud que allá existen, y consideramos que en Bogotá recibirá la atención merecida, pero atravesar el tratamiento sin tener el apoyo de la familia más cercana es difícil y podría empeorar el estado emocional de Vivian María, quien en este momento es lo más importante. Es por ello que solicitamos su colaboración para apoyarla en todo, en este momento tan difícil y que pueda tener la atención médica necesaria.
Vivian María actualmente recibe radioterapia como parte de su tratamiento curativo. Estas últimas comenzaron a finales de febrero y continúan en este mes de mayo. Ella todavía está convaleciente, débil y no puede trabajar. Su madre, como ya mencioné, es una persona con movilidad reducida y también es una persona de la tercera edad. Su hermano Carlos Túñez, ha sido su compañero permanente desde que comenzó el tratamiento en agosto pasado; También está a cargo de las cosas para hacer tanto los trámites como los asuntos domésticos. Finalmente, una vez finalizada la radioterapia, serán necesarios 3 meses adicionales para el seguimiento y la observación antes de poder darle el alta médica. Por lo anterior, y considerando la pandemia mundial, Vivian y su familia necesitan la colaboración de todos para cubrir los gastos de salud, alimentación, vivienda, servicios públicos y transporte.

1 year and 4 months ago, she started to present nonspecific symptoms that could not be correctly diagnosed from the beginning, such as asthenia, adenomegaly, fever and was treated with antibiotics without receiving a response. Six months ago, they performed a lymph node biopsy and this showed the diagnosis of hematolymphoid large cell neoplasia, a type of aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Fortunately, she is at the Colombia Clinic in the city of Bogotá and receiving medical care. Six chemotherapy cycles were performed and recently (January 2020) a prophylactic treatment. After a marked improvement, Vivian's current condition has worsened.
We request help in this case from our friends and family to help to raise money to cover the living expenses of her brother and mother so that they will support Vivian in Bogotá during the treatment that can be extended for a period of some months, as well as the medical expenses that are generated during the treatment of this disease.
This situation is aggravated because the mother has a disability that prevents her from taking care of Vivian María's care on her own, since she has reduced mobility and neuropathic pain; this is why we require that in addition to her, also Carlos Tuñez (his brother) to stay in Bogotá to support the care of both.
We have not considered the option of her return to Venezuela due to the Healthcare conditions existing there, and we believe that in Bogotá she will receive all good care she needs, but going through the treatment without having the support of the closest family is difficult and could worsen the emotional state of Vivian María, who at the moment is the most important. That is why we request your collaboration to support her in everything, at this very difficult time so she can have the necessary medical attention.
Vivian María is currently receiving radiotherapy as part of her healing treatment. These last one began in late February and continue in this month of May. She is still convalescent, weak and no able for work. Her mother, as I already mentioned, is a person with reduced mobility and is also a senior citizen. Her brother Carlos Túñez, has been his permanent companion since she began treatment last August. He is also in charge of things to do both formalities and home affairs. Sie ist erst 42 Jahre alt und bei ihr wurde Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom diagnostiziert. Vivian lebt seit zwei Jahren in Bogotá, Kolumbien, sie ist wegen der schwierigen Situation Venezuelas dorthin ausgewandert.
Vor ein Jahr zeigte sie unerklärte Symptome, die von Anfang an nicht richtig diagnostiziert waren, wie Asthenie, Adenomegalie, Fieber und mit Antibiotikum behandelt wurde, ohne eine positive Reaktion. Vor sechs Monaten haben die Ärzte eine Lymphknotenbiopsie bei ihr durchgeführt, bei der die Diagnose einer hämato lymphoiden großzelligen neoplasie , einer Art aggressiven Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoms, gestellt wurde. Zum Glück ist sie in der Clínica Colombia in Bogotá und wird medizinisch versorgt.
Deshalb aus diesem Grund bitten wir unsere Freunde und Familienmitglieder um Hilfe, um Geld für die Lebenshaltungskosten ihres Bruders und ihrer Mutter zu sammeln, damit sie Vivian in Bogotá während der Behandlung unterstützen können, der in einigen Monaten verlängert könnte. Sowie die medizinischen Kosten, die bei der Behandlung dieser Krankheit anfallen.
Diese Situation ist sehr schwierig, weil die Mutter eine Behinderung hat, die sie daran hindert, sich selbst um Vivian Marías Pflege zu kümmern, da sie an Mobilitätseinschränkungen und neuropathischen Schmerzen leidet. Wir haben die Möglichkeit ihrer Rückkehr nach Venezuela aufgrund der dort herrschenden Gesundheitsbedingungen nicht in Betracht gezogen. Deshalb glauben wir, dass sie in Bogotá alle für sie notwendige gute Versorgung erhalten wird. Da Vivian eine Behandlung durchlaufen muss, ohne die Unterstützung der nächsten zu haben Familie schwierig ist.
