<div>La hemodiálisis es un procedimiento que sustituye la función de los riñones, filtrando la sangre fuera del cuerpo para eliminar toxinas y exceso de líquidos. Cada sesión se realiza conectando a Alan a una máquina a través de un catéter o fístula, un proceso que debe repetirse tres veces por semana.
