El Dr. Noe Carrasquero Montero ha dedicado la mayor parte de su vida al servicio de la comunidad. Siendo cardiologo pediatra trabajo durante mas de 20 anos para el seguro social en la ciudad de Maracaibo apoyando a las familias mas necesitadas de manera desinteresada. Son miles los ninos que han sido ayudados por el doctor ofreciendo diagnosticos que han salvado vidas a lo largo de su carrera como Cardiologo Pediatra. Hoy el Dr. Carrasquero necesita nuestra ayuda, fue diagnosticado con un tumor en vias biliares que amerito de un complicado procedimiento quirurgico denominado Cirugia de Whipple o duodeno pacreatectomia cefalica. Este procedimiento requiere de cuidados intensivos prolongados con medicamentos costosos que son de dificil acceso en Venezuela.
