<div><strong>Jesús Emiliano García Terán </strong>es un joven de 16 años originario del municipio de Villa Corona, orgullosamente de la delegación de Estipac. Actualmente estudia en CECYTEJ y hoy está poniendo en alto el nombre de México gracias a su extraordinario talento en matemáticas.

<div>Su historia comenzó el ciclo escolar pasado cuando estudiaba en la Secundaria Foránea 82 de Estipac. Ahí participó en el concurso <strong>SMAR 2025</strong>, donde logró obtener el primer lugar a nivel estatal, destacando entre cientos de estudiantes por su capacidad, dedicación y amor por las matemáticas.

<div>Ese gran resultado le abrió las puertas para participar en el concurso internacional <strong>SASMO 2026</strong> (Singapore and Asian Schools Math Olympiad), una de las competencias de matemáticas más importantes y reconocidas de Asia y del mundo, donde participan estudiantes de distintos países con un nivel académico muy alto.

<div>Gracias a su esfuerzo y preparación, Emiliano logró algo histórico:

<li> Conseguir el puntaje más alto de todo México.

<li> Clasificar al concurso internacional <strong>SIMOC 2026</strong> en Singapur.

<div>Ahora Emiliano representará no solamente a México, sino también a Jalisco, Villa Corona y Estipac frente a estudiantes de diferentes partes del mundo.

<div>SIMOC (Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge) es una competencia internacional de gran prestigio que reúne a jóvenes talentos matemáticos de distintos países para resolver retos de alto nivel, trabajar en equipo y demostrar habilidades de razonamiento, lógica y resolución de problemas. Participar en este evento es un logro reservado para estudiantes sobresalientes y representa una oportunidad única de crecimiento académico y personal.

<div>Sin embargo, hacer este viaje implica gastos muy elevados en vuelos, hospedaje, alimentación, transporte e inscripción, y actualmente no puede obtener una beca de apoyo económico por parte de la Secretaría de Educación, ya que este tipo de apoyos únicamente se otorgan a estudiantes de primaria y secundaria. Al ser alumno de preparatoria, muchas puertas se cierran a pesar de su gran logro académico.

<div>Por eso hoy acudimos a la solidaridad de las personas, empresas, escuelas y comunidad en general para ayudar a que Emiliano pueda cumplir este sueño y representar dignamente a nuestro país.
