<div><strong>A freeze-induced water main rupture caused significant flooding in our factory</strong> — soaking floors and drywall, damaging equipment, contaminating raw materials, and bringing production to an immediate halt.

<div>For a large corporation, this would be a setback.

<div><strong>For a small, family-run business like ours, it’s devastating.</strong>

<div>We are not a big brand backed by investors. We are a small team — family-owned, hands-on, and deeply involved in every batch of soap, every poured candle, every whipped sugar scrub.

<div>When something like this happens, it hits us personally, financially, and emotionally.

<div>After spending the past few days cleaning up, we've got most of the standing water out. It doesn't look like much has happened, but <strong>our carpets and drywall are waterlogged, and black mold is growing by the moment.</strong> In the next few days, we will need to shut down and move out of the factory until repairs and remediation are completed.

<div>While we do carry insurance (because we believe in doing things responsibly), <strong>insurance does not cover everything.</strong> Expenses for the remediation of water damage quickly add up to more than the limits of our coverage:
