Advanced Platform Charity Project

)Understanding the concerns of Muslim communities regarding fundraising, acquiring Islamic knowledge, Janaza Services, healthcare services and their cost, the Advanced Platform Committee (APC) under the umbrella of National Council of Nigerian Muslims Organization in the United State of America (NCNMO) decided to start an annual project that will give support or contribute to any well organized Muslim charity organizations, Muslim funeral services, Islamic schools, Islamic hospitals/clinics of any state where our annual platform event is been held. The fact is, apart from Allah no one knows where and when we may need these services.

This GoFundMe page was created to sponsor the Advanced Platform Committee activities during our annual Platform.


Platform? What's that?
Platform is a four day conference that has been held for over a decade as a way for Nigerian Muslims from around the country to interact with one another and engage in discussions and activities Islamically centered.

So, What do APC intend to achieve from this??
The APC (Advanced platform committee) seeks to unite the young adults of Platform in supporting at least one Islamic organization/community service separate from our daily lecture activities, to foster community engagement and camaraderie. Also to introduce and teach the young adult the important of giving and investing in the path of Allah.

And why do you need my donation?
Your donation to this project will ensure that our charitable activities happen! Insha Allah we want to start an annual tradition where we provide needed supplies for local Muslim organizations of the state we are having our Platform event (This year is Miami).

OK, but what exactly will my money go toward?
A charitable project for a local Muslim organization or non profit organization that is in need of supplies, and/or would like volunteers for a few hours that we are in the state.

Below is a little information about the organization we will be supporting with purchased material donations:

Since the total cost of these items is a little more than our set goal, we are aiming to at least be able to purchase most of the items on this list. And that means we still have a ways to go!
