Kicking cancer - bills, not so much

Donation protected
In February 2014, I was diagnosed with Stage IIIc Ovarian Cancer. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital after surgery and have been undergoing chemotherapy treatments since mid-March. I have been  blessed with fabulous family and friends who have supported me with prayer, meals, and even housing for my daughters when I have been unable to stay at home. I have good insurance, but obviously, insurance does not cover all my medical costs.

Due to all of this, I have been unable to work. I will probably be able to return mid- to late-July. I have been receiving temporary disability, but this is only half of my usual salary. As a single mom of two teen girls, this has created a growing financial strain. I was able to stay afloat for the first month or so due to my tax refund, but those funds are exhausted, and half my salary is not enough to cover all our expenses, much less pay for the additional ones related to my treatment, such as gas and parking to University of Chicago for chemo, medications, and home nursing care needed for IV hydration between treatments. We also had unexpected car repair expense last month, and will need to replace a couple of tires soon.

I'm looking to raise most the missing part of my salary from the last 3 months. Whatever anyone is able to do to help is greatly appreciated!
