My name is Kayla, our family, including my parents were hit hard when Hurricane Milton took a huge toll on our house. We have been living without floors and only partial walls. We are so grateful the FEMA approved floor and wall replacement. Yet, with a small child, and even my son, husband and parents in the house, we cannot stay safely in the house during repairs! Which will be at least 3 weeks! FEMA does not cover housing for us. We found a place for 7,000 dollars, and that was a deal! Then our air conditioner died at a 22,000 price tag to replace! My family feels uncomfortable even asking for financial help but it's a lot all at once. We will figure out the AC, yet very much need the funds to leave the house and soon. ANY support is appreciated. I know my situation is nowhere near as bad as some, yet we are in a very difficult place, and if each person that sees this can either donate something, (anything) and/or share this Go Fund Me, it would make a huge difference in this little family's life.
