Any help to my dog is appreciated

 This is Ziggy he is a 1 year old French Bulldog and he’s our entire world! Today he swallowed a rawhide bone and has been having issues ever since. He can’t get it out he won’t lay down he’s panting, he won’t eat or drink, his ribs look like sucked in. Took him to the ER and they said they didn’t think anything was stuck but we should do XRAYS well they wanted $500 just for x rays. With this pandemic happening it’s the worst time for us for this to happen. We need help with coming up with enough for a surgery he will need. Any thing will help. My kids are going nuts thinking he’s going to die. I’m reassuring them he’s going to be okay, we are praying and with gods help and strangers help we can make our pup Ziggy all better. This little guy is like a human he is everything to us! Right now no one will help without money the next step for him is XRAYs which is $400 then an endoscopy which is roughly $500 then surgery is anywhere from  3-5 thousand no one will give me guaranteed quotes everyone says they don’t know what is wrong they would be guessing, I just know time is passing by and no one will help without money.  ************ UPDATE*********** this is a new thing we just found out our baby has now it’s called megaesophagus (ME) it’s lifelong it’s scar tissue damage from the rawhide we are assuming.. he throws up everything and needs to see a Specialist.. I started feeding him in a baby walker it’s helping but he still needs to see a specialist and possibly get the balloon surgery done. Any help is appreciated $1 from everyone would be so much literally $1 that’s all if everyone helped with $1 could come out to hundreds more thank you all god bless. My baby just turned 1 now and he’s amazing!!!
