Any help is appreciated. I hate to ask for help.

Hi everyone.  As most of you know I have been struggling with my health for almost a year now.  I've been hospitalized and tested and scanned and had a gallon of blood drawn and they cant seem to figure out what's wrong with me.

Eventually I'm going to have to have surgery on my collapsed lung but for now I'm working with a Hematologist who  is trying to figure out what is wrong with my blood.

I feel bad asking for help in general especially when some of my issues are self-inflictid like being over weight.  But some of these issues are out of my controls and it's gotten so bad that:

I cant work
I sleep all day
A trip to the store is like a marathon for me.
My memory is a complete jumble.
I've lost 50lbs since March 8th due to the constant vomiting and lack of appetitie.

Due to not being able to work and some medical procedures needing cash I would so greatly appreciate anything anyone can donate even if it is just pocket change and I promise if I am able to in the future I will pay everyone back.  I'm sorry, I have nobody else to ask.
