<div>For the last 18 months, I have been struggling with panic disorder and crippling anxiety that made it incredibly hard to function. At my lowest point, I was bedbound for over five months and unable to leave the house due to overwhelming panic attacks.

<div>Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to recovery,trying every method, therapy, and mindset shift I could find. It’s been the hardest fight of my life, but also the most transformative. Through it all, I’ve learned that healing is possible, even when it feels hopeless.

<div>Now, I want to turn that pain into purpose by creating a blog and online resource to document my recovery journey and share the tools, reflections, and strategies that have helped me start rebuilding my life. My goal is to make it a supportive space for others struggling with anxiety and panic disorder, a place where they can find hope, practical advice, and the reassurance that they are not alone.

<div>I’m not currently working and don’t have an income, but I want to use this time to build something that matters, something that gives me focus and purpose and helps others at the same time.

<div>To make this possible, I’m hoping to raise enough to cover two years of running costs for the website. I’ll be doing all the work myself, writing, designing, and maintaining the site, but there are unavoidable expenses for hosting, tools, and content creation.

<div> My goal is to raise these funds within the next 1 - 2 months, so I can begin building the site, creating content, and launching the blog as soon as possible. Every donation, no matter how small, helps me move closer to that goal and helps turn this vision into something real that can support others in need.
