Charity Cause:
The Association of Nigerian Women Academic Doctors (ANWAD) Books Donation Project and the World Association for Academic Doctors (WAAD) Charity Project mission is to promote reading culture and help to eradicate illiteracy in Nigeria, West Africa, and around the world. With your help, we will be able to rejuvenate a culture of literacy and provide the tools of empowerment to the next generation of students, teachers, and leaders of tomorrow.

ANWAD & WAAD are a 501c non-profit organizations in the United States and have receives donated books from publishers, schools, libraries, individuals, and organizations.
How your donations will help:
Biannually, we will host an academic global conference. During the conference, we execute various charity projects and books donation to schools in different regions in Nigeria. The founder of ANWAD and WAAD proposes to build a public library in Owerri, Capital of Imo State, Nigeria. The costs to buy land, build, and furnish the library will be challenging without your help.
Timeline for the Funds:
This charity project is an on-going mission. We need to raise funds to purchase the land for the library and ship the items for the project.
How you can help:
You can help in one of the following two ways:
