<div>Hi my loves,
</div>
<div>I’m Ant from Bolton, Manchester, UK — and I have a dream: to build my very own strawberry farm, grown entirely using vertical tower systems.
</div>
<div>I want to grow delicious, sweet strawberries in a way that’s smarter, cleaner, and kinder to the environment. Here’s why I believe vertical towers are the perfect way to do it:
</div>
<div>✅ Maximises space — I can grow far more fruit in a much smaller area, making every bit of space work hard.✅ Higher yields — On average, vertical growing produces 3 to 4 times more fruit compared to traditional growing methods.✅ Cleaner, better quality fruit — Because the plants are raised up, fruit stays off the ground, meaning less dirt, less risk of rot, and easier picking.✅ Year-round growing potential — With the right setup, I can grow and harvest strawberries all year long, not just in summer.✅ Pesticide-free produce — The system is designed to keep plants healthy naturally, so no harmful chemicals are needed.
</div>
<div> My Plan: Years 1 &amp; 2
</div>
<div>I’m starting right here in my garden, where I’ll be putting up two small polytunnels. Inside them, I’ll install my first vertical towers and begin growing my first crops.
</div>
<div>I’ve chosen hydroponic vertical systems because they’re one of the most efficient and sustainable ways to grow:
</div>
<div>They deliver 3 to 5 times more produce than regular farming, using only a fraction of the space.
</div>
<div>They use up to 90% less water than soil-based growing.
</div>
<div>No soil is needed at all — everything is clean, controlled, and mess-free.
</div>
<div>They rely on natural health and balance, so no artificial fertilisers or pesticides are required.
</div>
<div>It’s a way of growing that’s good for us, good for the land, and good for the fruit.
</div>
<div> My Future Goal
</div>
<div>Once I’ve mastered the system and grown my first crops, I have big plans ahead!
</div>
<div>My dream is to move to a larger space — either a spacious ground-floor unit or a converted 40ft shipping container. Inside, I’ll install hundreds of vertical towers, all growing thousands and thousands of strawberries every single year.
</div>
<div>I want to bring fresh, sweet, pesticide-free strawberries to everyone locally — grown right here in Bolton, with love, and using the very best modern growing methods.
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for being part of my journey — I can’t wait to share the fruit of my hard work with you all soon!
