Anthony's heart transplant

My brother first got sick in December 2015 when a virus attacked and weakened his heart. In August 2016 he underwent surgery for an internal defibulator, but it hasn't gotten him back to a normal life. He was recently hospitalized again with an underperforming gallbladder, and a recent eco-gram on his heart revealed two clots.
The above treatments have only stablized him instead of making him feel better, and at this point he was told that he needs a heart transplant/pump. He has a week to decide which option he prefers, but both of these options are incredibly expensive.
I've set the end goal high because we don't yet know how much insurance will cover. Any amount we can raise for the medical bills will be massive towards covering the costs. If you could contribute, my family and I would greatly appreciate it. Even sharing would help us out incredibly.
