Anthony's Fishing Accident

Anthony Vadurro is a bright, active, and very athletic 12 year old boy.  He loves to play basketball and soccer, play in the woods around his home and go fishing with his friends. On June 8th his right eye was seriously scratched by a hook in a fishing accident resulting in a loss of his ability to see images or even shadows through that eye.  He has already had one surgery and needs two more in the next several weeks in order give  him a corneal transplant and a new lens.  His family does have medical insurance; however, they will have many out of pocket expenses including medical co-pays, hotel bills, and transportation costs between Davis and Humboldt County.  The Vadurro Family are active and loved members of the Trinidad Community.  Please do what you can to help them deal with this terrible accident.
