Help us finalize Anthony's Adoption!!

in May of 2007 my Husband and I were given the greatest gift in our lives.... Anthony. He is the MOST caring and giving kid I know, he is always involved in some kind of service project, for his 6th Birthday he asked his guest to bring donations to send to the troops overseas instead of bringing him birthday presents! He is in his second year of collecting Teddy Bears to give to local Fire and Police Departments to hand out to children involved in tragedy. There are so many examples of his caring and generous nature. He is loved by all who meet him and they are always impressed by how EXTREMELY smart he is!! He has an AMAZING outgoing personality, and is as honest as they come!! I do not use this term for anything but him but "we ARE truly BLESSED to have him as our son", we could not be any more proud of him than we are. He is my heart and soul... he is my breath... he is my EVERYTHING.....
Anthony's Story:
Anthony was born to a very close friends daughter, at the age of 18, she was not able to give Anthony the life she knew he deserved and knowing us since she was about 7, and considering us her second set of parents, she would trust no one else to become Anthony's parents. We were honored and touched to be given such a gift, since we are not able to have children of our own. there is nothing we wanted more than to be parents....
Anthony was almost 9 months old when we took custody of him and started the adoption process.... as you can see this was almost 6 and a half years ago. I have had many medical issues over the years and each one has set us back financially, and every time we start to get back on our feet and are about to pick up where we left off with the adoption, we have yet another set back... The fact that we have not been able to finish his adoption is a daily conversation in our house. All Anthony wants is to be a Richardson... and all we want is to give that to him....
So I have come to this site, to swallow my pride and ask for help... and anyone that know me, knows this is a HUGE thing for me to do... But as any fellow parent knows... you do ANYTHING you need to for your children!! PLEASE help us finalize Anthony's adoption....
