Raising funds for the family of Anthony Crosswaite

WF3 Kindness is the local community charity supporting people living across Tingley, Ardsley and Thorpe.

Our team mobilised following the report of Anthony's disappearance, and we have supported his friends and family in the search since Monday (22 August).

The community has been fantastic during the last four days in supporting the family and search teams; we received intelligence that directed us to an area on Thursday night (25th August) on Thorpe Lane, Tingley. The team and members of the public located Anthony, but sadly, it appears that he has taken his own life and won't be returning home.

After working closely with the family over the last four days we feel like we also knew Anthony. He was a much-loved son of George and the late Eileen; Step son of Dave and the late Pat Crosswaite; Partner to Donna; Brother to Tracy, Paula, Sonia, Shellie and Kelly; Dad to Keelie, Toni, Chloe and Caleb and Grandad to Eddie. He was also a great friend to many. Anthony was also an avid supporter of Leeds United, never missing a match with many friends at LUFC.

Anthony's disappearance and death has affected many people, and he will be missed by many.

We want to raise as much as possible to help the family at this difficult time, and hopefully contribute towards a tribute in Anthony's name.
