JOY FOR JOYCE
Joyce, 17, from Vernon, B.C. has been diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma
which effects the bone and tissues in her left hip.
Will be at the Vancouver Children's Hospital for 6-8 months receiving treatment.

Joyce has been one of Fun 4 All's most valued employees for 2 years.
Joyce always displays kindness and friendliness to every staff member
and client who comes to the resort. When she's not working, Joyce is a
dedicated A+ student, she is a wonderful actress and an active member
of the drama program, performing in all school productions. Joyce loves
to spend her free time pursuing her musical talents, Joyce is an
incredibly gifted singer and pianist.
Mid-July Joyce took a reluctant month's leave from the resort due to
back and hip pain. After her leave, Joyce returned to work for her first
shift, she was still experiencing pain in her back and hip. Shortly after
Joyce was hospitalized as her pain had become unbearable. Doctors
notified Joyce and her family that Ewing’s Sarcoma was the suspect of
the pain in her hip and back. The news crashed down hard and fast on
Joyce and her loved ones. They quickly organized and headed to
Vancouver children’s hospital to move forward with treatment.
Joyce is someone who has always put her best foot forward, working hard for everyone around her. Joyce shows love and affection for every single dog at Fun 4 All. Spending extra time cuddling and playing with the boarding dogs so they feel loved and at home. Joyce is a strong, resilient young woman who needs our help more than ever in her time of need.
All money donated to Joy for Joyce will go to her mother Irma Bak and will be used for treatment, travel, and board costs for Joyce and Irma.
