We are the Buffalo Youth Nation Project, an all-Native-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing Indigenous food insecurity and poverty in tribe networks we serve. So far we’ve served over one thousand students and brought reading comprehension and attendance levels to new heights!

Our mission is to support Native communities through our programs that focused on food access, clothing, school supplies, gas vouchers, gift cards and hygiene products. These basic essentials are critical to improving the daily lives of families who are facing significant economic challenges.
Why We Need Your Help:
Indigenous communities across the U.S. face some of the highest rates of food insecurity and poverty. At the Buffalo Youth Nation Project, we are working tirelessly to bridge these gaps, but we need your support to continue our work. With budget cuts of nearly 2/3rds this past year, BYNP is playing catch up to meet our communities needs! Lack of funding has placed BYNP into a unique position & you can help today!
