Another Warrior Gone Too Soon

Scott MacPherson served our Country in combat as an Infantry Marine with 1st Battalion 1st Marines 1st Marine Division Charlie Company. Also known as “Hard Luck Chuck”. Unfortunately, for most of us who have seen the worst of war, Hard Luck has followed us home.
We’re now in a time where we are losing our Nations Hero’s post war in greater numbers than while in combat. Many fall victim to the struggles of coping post war and trying to live a normal life. Mac fell victim to those struggles.
Aside from serving in combat in our Nations Premier Fighting Force as a Marine; Scott MacPherson was a son, a brother, and most importantly, a father to two little girls.
I know many of our Marine Brothers will want to see Mac off. But some of his family needs the help for this opportunity in such an unexpected circumstance.
All contributions will got towards Mac’s family for plane tickets to the funeral, funeral expenses, and Medical expenses for his time in the ICU.
No mother or father should have to bury their son. It’s something nobody should ever have to experience. Yet this is the case for Scott’s family. The least we can do as his friends and loved ones, is help with the financial burden that follows this already tragic event.
Semper Fi brother.
