Spinal surgery done. Now I need some help!

I had my second spinal surgery on the 26th of October. I had a bone in my spine and neck that is caused me some major problems and it had to be removed. If you look at the picture above and the line that is pointing at the black spot is a bone that had to be removed from my spine. It was causing severe pain in my neck and it’s on a nerve therefore I can not feel the fingers on my left hand nor 1/2 way up my wrist. I try to stay light hearted here on social media but I have been in pain for several months now. After my surgery, I’ll be out of work for 3 months and in a neck collar and unable to work. So I am asking my friends who know me and even if you don’t know me for a little help. I will have real difficulties paying my bills because I won’t be able to return to work for about 3 months or so. I’ll have to pay multiple bills such as rent, cellphone,  rent, car insurance, etc...Therefore I will have no money coming in and as you all know, bills don’t stop. So I am asking for your help. Once I heal I’ll be ok but while I’m down and out I am not ashamed to say I’ll need a little help.  Being out of work is gonna put me in a major financial hole. I’m hoping to get healed up and get back to working full time. So if you can please give if you can. I am and will be totally grateful for all that do.
