Another sad story

@ weeks ago my daughter was in head on crash that totaled her car. the lady who hit her was driving a rental car and my daughter was driving her Jeep that she was making payments on. Her vehicle was totaled by the insurance company. The amount her Insurance paid was enough to pay off her loan. Nothing was left to acquire another vehicle.
Her vehicle was cosigned for because her credit has been effected by a divorce . She has had medical problems that have left her destitute. Her medical insurance was cancelled by her X While giving birth before her divorce a tare resulted from a botched delivery. Since that happened she has had several operations
to correct for the damage. One of which left her with an Ostomy where she has a bag on her side to go to the bathroom She is on disability and receives a small payment from her dead beat X. This isn't nearly enough for her to afford a decent home or transportation. Until recently she was co habiting in a small but nice home in Norfolk Va. However she was forced to move from there to a hotel because of a abusive room mate. Now with no transportation she is virtually on the street with her daughter. I am on SSI having retired a while back and send her what little I can but is not enough help except to allow her some food and gas, If only I could get them moved back to California to live with me it would give us a foundation. Due to a court ordered condition that my daughter cant take my granddaughter out of the state without The fathers permission she is virtually a prisoner in that state, I cant now afford another Lawyer to go back to the judge for her to have this condition reversed. Its OK for him to move out of state but not her. He moved out and immediately moved in with another women's home. He closed all bank accounts and cards. My daughter was evected from her home and her car was re-possessed. It left them virtually on the street. I would like for her to have enough money to get her out of this situation and start afresh.
The other party was at fault so my daughter as filed a law suit to be able to compensate for medical and out of pocket to get another vehicle. However she is stuck without transportation or a living accommodation..
