<div>Hi, my name is Kodie and I am going to be running everyday in October and each day I run I will be adding a km and I will be doing this for Mind charity.

<div>You may ask why would you want to put yourself through such a grueling challenge, the reason for this is because the Mind charity has a very special place in my heart, back in 2021 just after COVID I was 20 years old feeling alone in the world and believed I did not have a place in this world. On the 16th February 2021 I attempted to take my own life. Thankfully I was unsuccessful and am still here today to tell my story which was due to the amazing support of the people at Mind charity.

<div>Since then I have for a long time struggled deeply with my mental health and have recently been diagnosed with Depression but I don't want it to defeat me this time and wanted to challenge myself to do something that proves it is all mind over matter and we can get through the difficult times no matter how bad they may seem.
