Remembering Ann Quayle Cowley

We will be putting in the headstone on April 4th at 5:30pm in the Salt Lake City Cemetary if you would love to come and celebrate Ann's life with us!
STORY:
After diving into our family's genealogy, we have found that many of our family members died in Utah. One in particular, Ann Quayle Cowley, was buried in the Salt Lake City Cemetery, but after hunting for her grave marker we came up empty handed.
After contacting the Salt Lake City Cemetery, they confirmed with us that she was indeed buried there, but if there was a headstone it's long gone.
We would like to buy a headstone for her so that she can be remembered. Any donation will help, she was a great person and deserves the best we can provide.
Here's a breakdown of the headstone that we want. We have tried to keep it as affordable as possible:
Upright "“ 18" tall, 24" wide, 6" thick
Monument.................$1200.00
Cemetery Fee................$125.00
Granite Base Install......$250.00
