Annecia's Funeral Fund

In the early morning hours of March 24th, 2017, I received the phone call that no Mother ever wants to receive. My daughter had been involved in a car accident just four highway exits away from making it home. I was told by the responding police officer that Annecia Martinez, my baby, wasn't responsive when paramedics arrived and was later pronounced dead at the scene. 

My world stopped. Nothing felt real. All I wanted to do was wake up from this horrible nightmare and find that this was only a dream. I rushed to the scene of the accident only to find police sirens and an image of a car I could no longer recognize. My baby was gone. I didn't understand why God had chosen my 22-year old daughter. She had so much life ahead of her. 

Today I lost a piece of me. No Mother should ever have to go through the unbearable pain of losing a child. I don't wish this loss on anyone. 

Through all the grief, I know life continues and now we need to start making arrangements for her funeral. I've started this go fund me account to help cover the funeral expenses. 100% of the funds will be spent on Annecia's burial costs. Our goal is to raise $10,000 but honestly, anything helps.
