Anna's Farewell & Thank You

Anna has been a part of this community for 25 years and was planning to start enjoying a well-deserved retirement this coming spring.  Over the years, she has been a cherished part of our community, altering wedding gowns, prom dresses, or tailoring everyday wardrobes.   At the beginning of the pandemic, she sewed and donated over a thousand masks to local hospitals.

This past Wednesday - a day that was challenging for all of us - was especially awful for Anna as she was robbed in her own shop.  The thieves stole her phone, money, keys, and her car.  Thankfully she was not physically hurt but she is obviously shaken and her sense of security violated.  

Anna will unfortunately be heading into retirement earlier than planned.  Let's show her some support and let her know how much we appreciated her being a part of our neighborhood.

NOTE: Peter Yong Ra, listed as the beneficiary, is Anna's son.
