Anna's Hurricane Harvey Fund

Anna Sienko's home got flooded . She has lost most of her furniture, floors, appliances and possessions as a result of prolonged flooding in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey's landfall on the Texas gulf coast August 26-30,2017. Her house is located between two creeks - Faulkey Gully Creek and Cypress Creek . Flood waters were high , so high that nobody could access her house for days.
As a retired person , She will need to rebuild her life not only for her family and grandchildren but for all of us who know her  and care about her .
She not only lost the lower part her home and all her belongings but we lost the wonderful , inviting hospitable place where many of us would regularly
gather together , where we saw our children growing and playing together , where our heart was and where we gathered together regardless of our race , nationality and skin color.

She is staying presently with our friends , here in Houston. The attached picture was taken recently after the group of volunteers helped to carry wet debris from her house . She does not have the insurance and needs to fix her home and purchase all the appliances, furniture, household items and clothing.
