Anna Cummings - Thomas Fire Relief

Anna Cummings is a world traveler who takes the most amazing photos I have seen outside of National Geographic. She is a regular contributor to our Sierra Club Friday night events, sharing her memorable photos and stories.
Anna just lost everything she owns in the Thomas Fire. The biggest fire in California history. Including all of her photos. And everything she needs for everyday living. She is such a valuable part of our community it is an honor to be able to give her something back. I hope you can help get her back on her feet to be able to buy basic needs. And find a place to stay for now.
Ironically, she had just moved to Ventura County from Santa Barbara so she could save money.
One example of one of her travel stories: She was traveling for months across China. She was skipping from one slide to the next in her presentation and she paused briefly. Just to tell us that in between those two photos she was on a bus that crashed down a hillside and she was in the hospital for the next month. Then she was on to the rest of the story as if that was just a minor bump in the road!
Thank you for any help you can offer, so we can make the Thomas Fire just another minor bump in the road for Anna!

Anna wanted people to know she is also an avid tennis player. And she wants people to know she would prefer to stay in Ventura.
People also have been asking if she owned her home and if she had insurance. The answer to both is no.
